The first song, titled 'Firecracker', from the upcoming Ranveer Singh-starrer Jayeshbhai Jordaar was released on Monday afternoon.

The song's video was shared by Ranveer on social media. In the video, the actor can be seen in his Gujarati avatar, shaking a leg with various veiled women and school-going girls in a courtyard.

The song is sung by Vishal Dadlani and Sheykhar Ravjiani; the duo has also composed it. The lyrics have been written by Kumaar and Vayu.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a social comedy film about a married man trying to save the life of his unborn daughter from his patriarchal father. It is the directorial debut of Divyang Thakkar. Vishal Shekhar and Amit Trivedi have given music for the film.

The film also stars Boman Irani, Ratna Pathak Shah and Shalini Pandey. It will be released on May 13 this year.
