We had earlier reported about Saiyami Kher collaborating with Vineet Kumar and filmmaker Vikram Phadnis for a film. The team, which also includes actor Tahir Raj Bhasin, recently wrapped up shoot for the project. Marking the occasion, Saiyami penned a heartwarming note about the entireexperience.

Taking to her Instagram post, Saiyami penned, “I've been incredibly lucky that some truly special filmmakers have trusted me with author backed roles in films Choked, 8am Metro, Ghoomer, Mirzya ... and now this one. This film is especially close to my heart because Vikram thought I was worthy of being part of something so personal to him. He has made it with so much honesty and love.”

Further praising the filmmaker for his love for detailing, Saiyami added, “What makes Vikram truly special is the heart he brings to a set. So happy to work with good human beings, a rarity these days. He looks after the entire unit like family."

The Mirzya actor also praised cinematographer Jay Oza and his co-stars Tahir and Vineet. “They are both actors who I have greatly admired and I have always wanted to work on something meaningful with them, they made my job so much easier,” she added.  Also featuring Maniesh Paul and Suchita Pillai, the untitled project is being bankrolled under Reel Euphoria and Knight Sky Movies banners.

Saiyami’s upcoming projects include the Akshay Kumar-Saif Ali Khan starrer Haiwaan, directed by Priyadarshan.
