The trailer of Jackie Shroff-headliner children's film The Great Grand Superhero: Aliens Ka Aagman was unveiled by the makers recently.

Directed by Manish Saini, the film also features Prateik Smita Patil, Bhagyashree Dasani, Sharat Saxena, Mihir Godbole, Durgesh Kumar, Saharsh Shukla, Shivansh Chorge, and Kumar Saurabh, among others.

The trailer takes us into the life of a schoolkid (Mihir Godbole) who has lied to his friends that his grandfather (Shroff) is a superhero. To maintain his flex, he cooks up more lies which lead to funny situations. But soon two “aliens” land on Earth and warn them of an impending attack. Now it is on grandpa to save the day, but can he really awaken his hidden powers?

Sharing his excitement about doing the film, Shroff said, “The most fun part about this film is seeing the world through a child’s imagination. As kids, we all believed our heroes could do impossible things. This trailer brings back that madness, that innocence, and that excitement. It’s full of adventure, aliens, fun, a lot of entertainment and a social message too."

Writer-director Manish added, “Children have the most entertaining way of looking at the world, they can turn the smallest incident into a full-blown superhero story. That’s the energy we wanted to capture with The Great Grand Superhero."

The film is slated to release in theatres on May 29.
