A few days ago, we had reported about Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan reuniting for a project after 7 years. The film is being directed by Anees Bazmee. On Tuesday, Akshay shared an update about their film’s shoot.

Taking to his social media pages, Akshay shares a photo where he can be seen posing for the cameras along with Vidya Balan and Raashii Khanna, announcing that the Keralam schedule for their project has been wrapped. “Nothing beats working with good people in a beautiful place. Big love to our director Anees Bazmee for the madness behind the camera and to my incredible co-stars Vidya Balan, Raashii, Chota Rajpal and the entire crew! This one’s been special,” he added.

More details about the untitled project are yet to be officially announced. 

Akshay and Vidya have earlier worked together in films like Heyy Babyy and Bhool Bhulaiyya, both of which released in 2007.  Many years later, they joined hands for Mission Mangal (2019) as well.

While Akshay recently had a box office success with Bhooth Bangla, which released three weeks ago, Vidya Balan too had a major release with Raja Shivaji. Raashii Khanna, meanwhile, will be seen in Lukkhe, the Prime Video original series that will begin streaming on May 8.
