The praises from industry for the latest blockbuster Dhurandhar: The Revenge keep coming from all quarters. In past few days, Bollywood figures like Preity Zinta, Sidharth Malhotra lauded the makers of the Ranveer Singh starrer. Now Kangana Ranaut and Rakesh Roshan have expressed their deep admiration for the film and the filmmaker Aditya Dhar.

Taking to her Instagram stories section, Kangana penned a long note in praise of Dhurandhar 2, stating, “The best thing about Dhurandhar’s success is that Aditya Dhar, a superstar director, is established. Hollywood superstar directors are always far bigger than superstar actors. Eg: Spielberg, Tarantino, Nolan. We never give our filmmakers enough respect or credit." The Queen actor also took a note of how a film like Dhurandhar 2 will inspire more young people to be directors, adding, “Everyone claims to be talented, but they only want to be actors. Here is a superstar filmmaker shining brighter than any hero. Today, so many youngsters are watching his story who will aspire to be like him and take the film industry to greater heights!! Salutations, sir Aditya Dhar."

Meanwhile, Rakesh Roshan wrote in his Instagram note, “Dhurandhar is a reminder to all of us filmmakers to pause and reset the fabric of cinema with the vision, passion and audacity with which Aditya has made Dhurandhar. He has started a new era in filmmaking! This should not be considered as a threat, but a healthy and much needed revolution in storytelling and entertainment. It was about time, and Aditya has delivered beyond expectations!”

Earlier this week, notable film personalities like SS Rajamouli, Allu Arjun, Vijay Deverakonda, Jr NTR, and Mahesh Babu praised the spy-actioner for its accomplishments and commercial success.
