Recently, we reported about the Hindi version of the KD: The Devil song, titled 'Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke,' featuring Nora Fatehi, getting criticised for its vulgar lyrics. Many have called out the makers of the film and Nora Fatehi for the song. The latest to share her opinion on the issue is actor-politician Kangana Ranaut.

Speaking to ANI, Kangana said that Bollywood has been dishing out such songs for a long time now and "has crossed all limits" with it. Calling it "cheap PR tactics" and an example of "attention seeking" promotion, she added that some restriction needs to be made on the use of such songs. "The whole country is condemning and reprimanding Bollywood, but I do not think they have any shame because we have been listening to such songs since childhood. It's not like it has become a big deal all of a sudden," Kangana Ranaut explained.

Kangana also stated that such explicit and vulgar displays in cinema has made it difficult to watch films for family audiences. "For this, Bollywood has to be kept in control," Kangana told reporters.

For the uninitiated, the song that has courted controversy is the Hindi version of 'Sarse Ninna Sarse' from KD, featuring Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, V Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, and Reeshma Nanaiah, among others.

Amid the criticism, Nora Fatehi has opened up about the row. The actor said that she did not have any idea about the Hindi version of the song and that she merely followed her KD director Prem's vision. Expressing her gratitude for the removal of the song's Hindi version, Nora Fatehi said, "If people are concerned, hold the filmmakers and the team behind the song responsible. Bombarding the artist’s name or image does not solve anything. Real change comes when the creators are held accountable."
