Actor Anil Kapoor has wrapped dubbing for his upcoming action-drama film Subedaar.

Directed by Suresh Triveni of Tumhari Sulu (2017) and Jalsa (2022) fame, Subedaar is produced by Abundantia Entertainment, Opening Image, Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network Pvt Ltd.

Suresh shared a post on his Instagram handle on Tuesday featuring Anil during the dubbing session alongside Saurabh Shukla. Anil re-shared the post on his Instagram story and wrote "Dubbing wrap" in the comments section.

The film follows the story of subedaar Arjun Singh, who grapples with civilian life, navigating a strained relationship with his daughter and societal dysfunction. It also stars Radhika Madan.

The shooting of the film started in October 2024. The actor shared the news of completing the shoot of the film in December 2024.

Suresh and Prajwal Chandrashekar are credited as co-writers on the movie.

Anil’s latest work is War 2. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film released on August 14. Starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, the film was the sequel to the 2019 release War.  

He essayed the role of Colonel Vikrant Kaul.
