Ever since the release of the Dhurandhar third single 'Gehra Hua', fans and followers of Hindi cinema have been up in arms, questioning the age difference between the film's hero and heroine, Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun. While many of them admire Arijit Singh's presentation of the song in the Aditya Dhar directorial, they also have negative views about the age gap. Sara is half as old as Ranveer. Reportedly, she is 20 years old, whereas he is aged 40. Amid the negative views, which became more intense after the song's release, some fans also find the chemistry between the two leads to be "electrifying".

When it comes to Hindi cinema, the age difference between heroes and heroines has often been a contentious point of discussion among film circles. Recently, reporters questioned Salman Khan's decision to act alongside Rashmika Mandanna in Sikandar, prompting the former to claim that he would act with her daughter.

The film, which is slated to release theatrically on December 05, is described as an espionage thriller. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya himself, and Lokesh Dhar through Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna.
