The first look of Madhuri Dixit from the upcoming thriller series Mrs. Deshpande was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. Directed by Nagesh Kukunoor and backed by Applause Entertainment in association with Kukunoor Movies, the show will soon stream on JioHotstar.
In a 20 second teaser shared by the makers on X, a decked-up Madhuri can be seen removing her jewellery and accessories. In the next moment we see her in plain clothes, the bars of a jail cell behind her.

Madhuri’s last OTT outing was the Netflix show The Fame Game (2022). She was last seen on the big screen in 2024, in the Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan starrer horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. She also recently went on a world tour and met fans in cities like New York, New Jersey, Houston, Chicago, and Boston.
