The agent is the new target. The trailer of The Family Man season 3 was released by the makers on Friday. Created and directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, the spy action-comedy is headlined by Manoj Bajpayee and will also see Sharib Hashmi, Priyamani, Ashlesha Thakur and Vedant Sinha reprise their roles. However, there are also new additions to the cast with Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur joining in as antagonists.

House-spy Srikant Tiwari returns, but this time he is not the chaser but the one getting chased. On his tail are Nimrat's Meera, an evil queen bee heading a mysterious organisation and Jaideep as Rukma, a vengeful head of a terrorist organisation. The trailer also promises a return of the fun banter between Manoj's Srikant and Sharib's JK.

Speaking about the series, Raj & DK said in a statement, “Season 3 of The Family Man turns Srikant’s covert professional and fragile personal life upside down, as he is forced to go on the run with his family while facing an even more alarming threat in Rukma and Meera. Both Jaideep and Nimrat are the perfect choice, as actors and personalities to embody these dynamic and menacing foes, testing not only Srikant’s grit and resolve but also his commitment to his family and his nation."

Written by a team comprising Suman Kumar and Sumit Arora, season 3 of the show starts streaming on November 21
