Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa's upcoming romantic-drama Ek Deewane ki Deewaniyat will be released in theatres on October 2, the makers announced on Tuesday. Described as a musical love story, the film has been helmed by Milap Zaveri, known for making actioners like Marjaavaan (2019) and Satyamev Jayate (2018), among others. It is written by Mushtaq Shiekh and Milap.

Harshvardhan shared the film's poster on his Instagram handle, featuring him alongside Sonam as he is holding a rose while she ignites it with a lighter. He wrote in the caption, "2nd October 2025. Gandhi Jayanti aur Dussehra pe cinema gharon mein dekhiye mohabbat, nafrat aur Ek Deewane ki Deewaniyat."

Harshvardhan will also be seen in Sanam Teri Kasam 2, a sequel to his 2016 romantic film, which was re-released earlier this year. He was last seen in The Miranda Brothers, directed by Sanjay Gupta, which was released last year on JioHotstar.

Sonam will be seen next in the multi-starrer comedy Housefull 5 and Tiger Shroff's actioner Baaghi 4.
