A new motion poster from Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava was unveiled by the makers on Monday. It features Vicky in a ferocious avatar as the Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar, written by Rishi Virmani and also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles.

The motion poster combines four different looks of Vicky from the film. In the first one, he is seen holding two swords with an intense look on his face; the second has him roaring as he is about strike someone with his sword; he carries a bow and arrow in the third and a trident in the fourth one.

Sharing the four posters on Instagram, the makers wrote, “Agni bhi woh, Paani bhi woh, Toofan bhi woh, Sher Shiva ka, Chhaava hai woh (He is fire, he is water, he brews the storm, he is the lion of Shiva; He is Chhaava.)”

The film’s trailer will be unveiled on January 22. Its teaser was released earlier, which gave a glimpse into the look of Vicky and Akshaye, who plays Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in the film.

It also features music by AR Rahman and is produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films. It is set to be released in theatres on February 14.
