Shah Rukh Khan took to X as he gave a special message to popular music band Coldplay’s lead vocalist Chris Martin for giving the superstar a shoutout at their concert in Mumbai on Sunday.

In the middle of performing his song during the concert, Chris said, “Shah Rukh Khan forever. Go,” and continued singing, in a clip that went viral.

Shah Rukh re-shared the clip on his X account and wrote, “Look at the stars, look how they shine for you, and everything you do! My brother Chris Martin, you make me feel special, like your songs! Love you and a big hug to your team. You are one in a billion my friend. India loves u, Coldplay.”

When Chris and his band performed in Mumbai in 2016, Shah Rukh had hosted an after party for the singer at his home. It is to be noted that Coldplay will also stream live on Disney+ Hotstar on January 26.

On the work front, Shah Rukh will be seen next in King, which is reportedly being helmed by Siddharth Anand and also stars Suhana Khan alongside the superstar.
