TV actor Aman Jaiswal dies in road accident

TV actor Aman Jaiswal died after a truck collided with his motorbike on Jogeshwari in Mumbai on Friday afternoon, as per a report in PTI. He was 23. After the incident, the actor was taken to Cama Hospital in the trauma ward, where he was declared dead.

The police have registered a case for rash and negligent driving against the truck driver and investigation is underway in the matter.

Aman is known for playing the lead role in the TV serial Dhartiputra Nandini, which aired between August 21, 2023 to October 18, 2024 on Nazara TV. He was reportedly going for an audition when the incident took place on the highway.

He also played the role of Yashwant Rao Phanse in Sony TV's historical show Punyashlok Ahilyabai, which aired from January 2021 to October 2023.
