Junaid Khan lived in Delhi for three months to prepare for his role in Loveyapa

Directed by Advait Chandan, the film is set to be released in theatres on February 7

In order to prepare for his role in the upcoming romantic-drama Loveyapa, Junaid Khan lived in Delhi for three months to understand the dynamics of his character, as per a press release shared by the makers. The Advait Chandan directorial also stars Khushi Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana and Kiku Sharda in pivotal roles.

A source close to the film said, “Junaid Khan truly immersed himself in the role by spending three months in Delhi to get into the skin of his character. He wanted to capture the essence and nuances of a typical Delhi boy for his upcoming film Loveyapa.” At the same time, he also engaged with locals, observed their mannerisms, and even adopted their lingo to help in his portrayal.

Earlier, the film’s trailer was unveiled which gave a glimpse into its world where Junaid and Khushi play lovers who exchange their phones for a day and get to know each other’s secrets.

Produced by Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, Kalpathi S Suresh and Pradeep Ranganathan, the film is set to be released in theatres on February 7.
