An accident took place during the song shoot of Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar’s Mere Husband Ki Biwi, where the ceiling collapsed midway, leaving the director Mudassar Aziz and cinematographer Manu Anand injured, along with some members of the crew. However, none of the injuries are critical.

As per a report in DNA India, Arjun, Bhoomi, producer Jackky Bhagnani were present on the shoot. Ashok Dubey from the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) told the publication, “The vibrations from the sound caused the set to tremble, leading to further portions falling off.”

The song’s choreographer Vijay Ganguly said that some crew members were injured due to the accident. “The director was hurt, DOP Manu Anand fractured his thumb and I suffered injuries to my elbow and head. Fortunately, no one was critically hurt, which was a blessing. Even our camera attendant injured his spine.”

Mere Husband Ki Biwi is a comedy-drama which is set to be released in theatres on February 21.
