The release date of Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s upcoming romantic-comedy Nadaaniyan has been announced. The film will premiere on Netflix on March 7.

The streamer took to their social media on Thursday to share an announcement video which is a modern take on an iconic scene from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998). Archana Puran Singh returns in the role of Ms. Briganza to ask the eternal question to a younger lot: “What is love?”. A doe-eyed Ibrahim Ali Khan replies: “Love is an arrangement between two people, who without thinking become each other’s entire world. What is love if not without any ‘nadaaniyan’?”. Khushi Kapoor blushes at this answer and then opens her phone to send Rs 25,000 to Ibrahim, piquing interest about this “arrangement.”

The film is helmed by Shauna Gautam, who was an assistant director on Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023). It also features Suniel Shetty, Mahima Chaudhary, Jugal Hansraj and Dia Mirza in pivotal roles. The film has been produced by Dharmatic Entertainment
