The trailer of Sohum Shah’s upcoming film Crazxy was unveiled by the makers on Monday. The film, written and directed by Girish Kohli, known for writing films like Sridevi’s Mom (2017) and Rajkummar Rao’s HIT: The First Case (2022).

Sohum plays a renowned surgeon, Abhimanyu, in the film who is a terrible father to his daughter. When she gets kidnapped, he goes out looking for her and he is seen being instructed by a hoarse voice over the phone on what he can do next. He is demanded Rs 5 crore as ransom. A remixed version of the iconic song, ‘Goli Maar Bheje Me’ from Satya plays in the background as Abhimanyu gets hit by a track, injuring his leg. There is not much that is revealed in the trailer apart from the central conflict and the grim tone of the film.

Crazxy features music by Vishal Bhardwaj and lyrics by Gulzar. It is produced by Sohum, Mukesh Shah, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad and will be released in theatres on February 28.
