‘Ishq Mein’, the first song from Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s upcoming romantic-drama Nadaaniyan, was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. Sung by Sachet Tandon, Asees Kaur and Sachin-Jigar, the love song has been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya with music by Sachin-Jigar.

The music video is shot in the manner of an old-school romantic number which shows love blooming between Ibrahim and Khushi’s characters. Ibrahim exudes charm and promises an impressive screen presence. The song suggests that this love story will be between a boy and a girl who study in the same educational institute as there are shots of a classroom.

The film will mark the debut of Ibrahim. On the other hand, before Nadaaniyan, Khushi’s rom-com with Junaid Khan, Loveyapa, will hit theatres this week.

Nadaaniyan is directed by Shauna Gautam and is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment. The film’s release date is under wraps for now and it will premiere on Netflix.
