Suniel Shetty is one of those actors with a distinct voice and dialogue delivery that gets mimicked a lot by artists, often in an exaggerated manner in order to induce laughter. During an event, an artist tried to do his mimicry and got scolded by the actor in front of everyone on stage. Suniel’s video from the event has gone viral.

In the video, Suniel is seen interacting with the crowd on stage as the mimicry artist stands beside him. It was from an event in Bhopal; however, the actual date of the video was not confirmed. Suniel seems visibly upset in the video as he said, “Now this guy is speaking different dialogues that aren't even in my voice. I've never seen such cheap mimicry. When Suniel Shetty speaks, he speaks like a man. This guy was speaking like a child. Son, when you do mimicry, do it well, don't do bad impressions.”

After he said this, the mimicry artist was seen apologising to Suniel, saying that he was not trying to mimic him. Suniel replied, “Don't even try, kid. You've got a long way to go before you become Suniel Shetty. Tying your hair back doesn't make you one... Looks like you haven’t watched Suniel Shetty's action films."

The actor then moved on and thanked the audience for coming to the event.

On the work front, Suniel was recently seen in the action thriller web-series, Hunter Season 2, which also starred Jackie Shroff. He also featured in the romantic-comedy, Nadaaniyan which marked the debut of Ibrahim Ali Khan. He will be seen next in the comedy-drama, Welcome To The Jungle alongside Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Lara Dutta and Disha Patani. He also has Hera Pheri 3 in the pipeline.
