Stree 2 director Amar Kaushik, in a recent interview, gave an update on Bhediya 2 and revealed the title of Maddock Films' upcoming Vampire movie starring Ayushmann Khurrana.

Stating that they have penned the story of Bhediya 2, which will see Varun Dhawan reprise his role, Amar told IndiaToday.in, “The script is not locked yet, but we have written the story, and now we need to develop the screenplay. I am not satisfied with a few parts of the story, so we are currently working on that.”

Revealing the title of the vampire film, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, which he is producing, Amar said, “The vampire film is titled 'Thamba'. We will begin shooting for it in the next two months.”

When it comes to the Stree franchise, Maddock head Dinesh Vijan had earlier stated that the third part in the franchise has already been written.
