A new poster from Gadar 2 director Anil Sharma’s next Vanvaas was unveiled by the makers on Monday. The poster features Anil’s son Utkarsh, who is starring in the film alongside Nana Patekar.

The film’s teaser is scheduled to release on October 29.

Taking to social media, Utkarsh shared his poster from the film with the caption: “#Vanvaas teaser drops tomorrow at 11AM! Aa rahi hai, apnon ki keemat ka ehsaas karane wali ek apni si kahani! (Coming soon, a story that will make you value your loved ones).”

Vanvaas is touted as a modern take on the mythological epic Ramayana. As per an earlier press release shared by the makers, the film is “an intriguing story that explores a timeless theme, echoing an ancient tale where duty, honour, and the consequences of one’s actions shape the course of lives.”

The film is written, produced and directed by Anil Sharma and will be released worldwide by Zee Studios on December 20.
