Salman Khan will be shooting for a cameo in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again amid death threats by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and gang. Earlier, some reports suggested that his cameo has been removed from the film due to security concerns. However, according to a Pinkvilla report, the superstar will be shooting a post-credit sequence with Ajay Devgn for the cop-drama, reprising his role of Chulbul Pandey from Dabangg (2010).

The shooting is supposed to take place on October 22 at the film city in Mumbai. A source told the publication, “Rohit met Salman Khan recently, and spoke to him about the grand plans in place to welcome him. Salman heard it and said, 'It's you and Ajay. You are brothers. That's enough of a reason for me to do the cameo'. The unit is all charged up with this newest addition to Singham Again."

Many threats, some genuine and some fake, have been issued against Salman in the aftermath of Baba Siddique’s killing. Recently, a WhatsApp message was received on the number of Mumbai Traffic Police threatening Salman to pay up Rs 5 crore or his “fate will be worse than Baba Siddique’s”. The sender later apologised for the message and said that it was “sent by mistake.”

Meanwhile, Singham Again is set to hit the theatres on November 1 on the occasion of Diwali, clashing with Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
