Singham Again trailer to release on this date

The Rohit Shetty film stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and Tiger Shroff

The release date of the trailer for the third segment of Rohit Shetty’s Singham series is out. Singham Again’s trailer will be unveiled on Monday (October 7).

Rohit took to Instagram on Sunday to share a retrospective video which shows scenes from the films of his ‘Cop Universe’ including Singham (2011), Singham Returns (2014), Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2021). The video also offers a glimpse of Ajay from Singham Again. Rohit in a voiceover announced that the film will have a Diwali release.

The film stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and Tiger Shroff.

Singham Again was previously slated to hit the big screens on Independence Day, August 15 but later, the makers had shared a poster on their social media handles stating that the release has been postponed to Diwali.

Rohit worked with Ajay as an assistant director on the actor's debut film Phool Aur Kaante when he was 17. He also worked on Ajay’s films such as SuhaagHaqeeqatZulmiPyaar To Hona Hi Tha and Hindustan Ki Kasam.

Rohit made his directorial debut with Zameen in 2003. It starred Ajay, Abhishek Bachchan and Bipasha Basu in main roles.

Ajay has been a part of most of the movies directed by Rohit but features more prominently in the comedy and action franchises Golmaal and Singham.
