Vivek Agnihotri announces filming for The Delhi Files—The Bihar Chapter

Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri announced the beginning of the shoot of his upcoming film The Delhi FilesThe Bihar Chapter on Sunday. The Kashmir Files (2022) director took to X to share a video of a pooja ceremony happening at the set, marking the start of the shoot.

The video captures the team performing a pooja and offers a glimpse of the vast set created to replicate the partition era in Kolkata. He captioned the post, "SHUBHARAMBH! With your blessings, the shooting of #TheDelhiFiles began today. A puja was conducted by all the devis of the crew. O Mother! Please give us the courage to tell this difficult tale with utmost honesty and fearlessly."

Previously, Vivek had said that The Delhi Files would be part of a trilogy, including The Tashkent Files (2019) and The Kashmir Files.

Announcing the film, the director had tweeted: “Few years back, I started telling untold stories of independent India.1. The Tashkent Files - Right To Truth. 2. The Kashmir Files - Right To Justice (releasing soon) Happy to announce the last & the boldest of the trilogy: 3. The Delhi Files - Right To Life. Pls bless us.”
