Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan will soon collaborate on an action-comedy. The yet-to-be-titled film will be jointly produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh made the announcement on X. As per the tweet, the film will mark the directorial debut of writer Aakash Kaushik, known for penning scripts of films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), Housefull 4 (2019) and Flying Jatt (2016).

The film’s plotline and story are still under wraps.

Ayushmann was last seen doing action in the 2022 film An Action Hero which proved to be a dud at the box office. His last comic venture, Dream Girl 2 (2023), fared well in theatres. Sara, on the other hand, was seen in two OTT projects recently, Ae Watan Mere Watan and Murder Mubarak.
