The trailer of the Vineet Kumar Singh and Urvashi Rautela's upcoming film Ghuspaithiya was released by the makers on Friday. Directed by Susi Ganeshan, the cybercrime-thriller also stars Akshay Oberoi in a pivotal role.

The trailer of the film introduces the character of Vineet who is a cop on a trail of Akshay’s character, who is a software engineer partaking in various cybercrimes online. Vineet’s wife is played by Urvashi who is caught in a web of manipulations by Akshay as they seem to have an affair. The film delves into the complexities of the online world and the dark secrets it withholds.

Sharing the trailer, the makers wrote, “Ghuspaithiya delves deep into the complexities of modern-day digital threats and its impact on our personal and professional lives. It also exposes the pervasive influence of social media and the challenges it poses to trust and privacy.”

Ghuspaithiya is produced by M Ramesh Reddy, Jyotika Shenoy and Manjari Susi Ganeshan and distributed by AA Films. It will be released in theatres on August 9.
