The song ‘Tauba Tauba’ from Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri’s Bad Newz was released by the makers on Tuesday. It features Vicky showing his groovy moves on the dance floor. The film is written by Ishita Moitra and Taran Dudeja and directed by Anand Tiwari.

Vicky owns the dance floor in the music video, as he swiftly moves his body on the beats. The song has Punjabi lyrics and the music gives it a peppy feeling. It is sung, composed and written by Karan Aujla who also features in the music video. Triptii appears in the song as the lyrics describe her beauty and elegance.

Earlier, the trailer of the film was unveiled which introduced the world of the film featuring Saloni, played by Triptii, who gets pregnant but doesn’t know the identity of the father. It can either be Akhil Chadha, played by Vicky or Gurbir, played by Ammy Virk.

Bad Newz is the spiritual spiritual successor to the Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh starrer Good Newwz (2019) which revolved around the life of two couples whose lives intertwine due to a blunder made by a doctor during in vitro fertilization (IVF). Produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra and Anand Tiwari and will be released in theatres on July 19.
