Aamir Khan may visit Japan to check on the progress of Junaid’s upcoming film: Reports

Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid is currently shooting for his second film which is produced by Aamir Khan Productions. This is his next film after Aditya Chopra’s period drama Maharaj, which is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra. Maharaj will mark Junaid's debut in Bollywood and will release on Netflix. It is based on the Maharaja Libel Case of 1862.

Junaid is currently in Japan to shoot for his second film, details of which are under wraps. A source close to the project shared, “After wrapping a shoot schedule in Mumbai, the production unit has moved to Japan to shoot the next schedule. While Aamir is in Mumbai, he is in constant touch with the team to take updates on how everything is progressing on the film. He is also planning to make a quick trip to Japan to see how it’s shaping up.”

Junaid’s second film is said to be a romantic drama which will capture some beautiful landscapes of Sapporo, Japan.
