Pavail Gulati on playing a cop in Deva: It demanded physical and mental dedication

Actor Pavail Gulati, will soon be seen alongside Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde in the upcoming film Deva, recently spoke about the intensive training he is undergoing to prepare for the role. The film will be helmed by Rosshan Andrrews known for Malayalam blockbusters such as Salute and Kayamkulam Kochunni.

"Playing the role of a cop demands physical and mental dedication. I believe in maintaining a healthy balance in my lifestyle, and this includes both my fitness routine and diet. It's about being true to the character while also prioritizing overall wellness,” he said.

Billed to be an action-thriller, Deva is about a police officer who, while probing a case, uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal during the process. The film is backed by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films. It is scheduled to be released in theatres on October 11, 2024.
