Saif Ali Khan underwent a tricep surgery on Monday for an old injury that got triggered while he was performing an action sequence for an upcoming film. As per reports, the actor is recovering at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital.

In a press statement, Saif said, “This injury and the surgery that followed is a part of the wear and tear of what we do. I am very happy to be in such amazing surgical hands, and I thank all well-wishers for their love and concern.”

On the work front, Saif was last seen in Adipurush. Also starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, the film was directed by Om Raut. He will next be seen in Telugu film Devara alongside Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor. The upcoming movie is being helmed by Koratala Siva.
