Earlier, we had reported that Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon would headline an upcoming romantic drama titled Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. On Friday, the makers released the first single, Laal Peeli Akhiyaan. 

Composed by Tanishk Bagchi with lyrics penned by Neeraj Rajawat, the song has been sung by Romy and Tanishk Bagchi.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. The film also stars Dharmendra in a significant role. Labelled as an "impossible love story", the film is produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya marks the first collaboration between Shahid and Kriti. Previously, the makers had unveiled the first look of the actors. In the image, Shahid and Kriti can be seen sitting on a bike and facing each other amidst a sunset backdrop.

The film is slated for release on February 9.
