As Merry Christmas, starring Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, is gearing up for a release on January 12, the makers released a new song titled Nazar Teri Toofan on Thursday. Composed by Pritam with lyrics penned by Varun Grover, the song has been sung by Papon. 

The song has also been released in Tamil as Anbe Vidai, with Yugabharathi's lyrics, and Sreerama Chandra has lent his voice.

Merry Christmas is shot in two languages, Tamil and Hindi, with different supporting actors. The Hindi version co-stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand, while the Tamil version has Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams in the same roles. Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte will also be seen in cameos. The film will also introduce Pari, a child actor.
