A behind-the-scenes video of Kiran Rao’s Laapataa Ladies was released by the makers on Monday on Instagram. The film is based on an original story by Biplab Goswami. The screenplay is written by Sneha Desai, and it stars Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, Ravi Kishan, and Chhaya Kadam in pivotal roles.

The BTS video gives a glimpse into the atmosphere on the set, with Kiran taking the plunge and keeping it fun. She is guiding the team and being candid as she enacts some scenes from the film. Laapataa Ladies follows the story of a recently married Deepak Kumar, who goes home with his bride. However, as soon as she pulls the cover off her face, it is revealed that she is not the same girl he had married.

Earlier, special screenings of the film were organised in Bhopal, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Lucknow. Presented by Jio Studios, Laapataa Ladies is produced by Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande, and it will hit theatres on March 1.
