Noodle Sa Dil’, a peppy 90s Indie-pop style song from comedian and lyricist Varun Grover’s directorial debut All India Rank, was released on Wednesday. With music by Mayukh Mainak, the song has been sung by Aditi Paul. The lyrics are by Varun.

Sharing a video of the song on Instagram with some quirky animations by Allen Shaw, Varun revealed how initially the team wanted to buy the rights of Alisha China’s ‘Made In India’ song to use in the film. “Par humaari chhoti si picture aur music companies ki badi badi fees! (But our little film and the big fees of music companies). So we ended up creating our own tribute to the 90s Indie-pop era with this song for the tangled hearts,” he wrote in the caption.

Previously, ‘Sab Achhi Baatein Hain’ from All India Rank was released by the makers.

The film is presented by Sriram Raghavan and stars Bodhisattva Sharma, Samta Sudiksha, Shashi Bhushan, Geeta Agrawal, Sheeba Chaddha, Neeraj, Ayush Pandey, Saadat Khan in pivotal roles.

All India Rank had its world premiere at the International Film Festival of Rotterdam in February 2023 where it was shown as the closing film. Since then, the film has been shown at MAMI Film Festival and Dharamshala International Film Festival where it was the opening film. Produced by Sanjay Routray and Sarita Patil, it is set to hit the theatres on February 23.
