The first poster of Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film Baby John was revealed on Wednesday. The film is written and directed by Kalees and also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav in prominent roles.

In the poster, Varun dons an intense look as he stands holding a shark weapon in his hand. He wears a ponytail on his head and the poster is superimposed with a mythological figure in the background. The poster also features the quote, “No beast is more savage than man when possessed with power answerable to his rage.” Sharing the poster on Instagram, Varun wrote in the caption, “Hold on tight, the ride is about to get wild.”

Earlier, the teaser for the film was released which gave a glimpse into its intense world of action. Baby John is presented by Atlee and produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee and Jyoti Deshpande. It will be released in theatres on May 31.
