The much-awaited teaser of Salman Khan’s upcoming actioner Sikandar was unveiled by the makers on Saturday. The film is written and directed by AR Murugadoss and also stars Rashmika Mandanna in a pivotal role.

The teaser opens with a silhouette of Salman as he walks in a room with dark lighting. There are some obscure figures, dressed like knights standing on one side. As he walks ahead, some of then start moving and pull out their shotguns at him. A slick action sequence follows, where he is seen killing them with the shotgun.

Sikandar features music by Pritam and lyrics by Sameer. Its background score is designed by celebrated musician Santhosh Narayanan and the film is shot by S. Thirunavukkarasu.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Sikandar is set to be released on Eid next year.
