Aamir Khan opened up recently about feeling insecure of his height early on in his career. He revealed that he had an inferiority complex due to his height and felt that people in the industry wouldn’t accept him. However, he soon realized that height doesn’t matter.
In a conversation with Nana Patekar on Zee Music Company’s YouTube Channel, Aamir was asked if he had inferiority complex due to his height. He said, “Yes, I did. I used to feel that what if people don’t accept me because of my height. This was my fear. But later, I realised that all of this does not matter at all. But at that time, some kind of insecurity creeps in.”
He added, “The things that stress us out in the beginning, we later realise that these things don’t matter at all. What is important is how honestly you are working and how your work can enchant people, and after that, everything else is unimportant.”
Aamir was last seen in Laal Singh Chadha which released in theatres in 2022 and didn’t do well at the box-office, receiving mixed reviews from critics. He will be seen next in Sitaare Zameen Par which is set to be released next year.
