Alia Bhatt’s Jigra and Rajkummar Rao’s Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video will be released on Netflix on December 6 and 7, respectively, the streaming platform announced on Thursday. The films clashed earlier at the box-office on October 10.

Jigra is directed by Vasan Bala and also stars Vedang Raina and Manoj Pahwa in pivotal roles. It tells the story of Satya, who takes it upon herself to rescue her wrongly accused brother from jail. On the other hand, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and also stars Triptii Dimri, Vijay Raaz, Mallika Sherawat, and Archana Puran Singh. It follows two lovers Vicky and Vidya who find themselves in a crisis as the only DVD of their first night gets stolen.

Both films underperformed at the box-office. Jigra minted Rs 31.98 crore, while Vicky Vidya… managed to earn Rs 41.93 crore.
