Kriti Sanon and Kajol will be reuniting in the former’s production debut Do Patti. The actors have previously worked together in Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale (2015), also starring Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan.

Reflecting on her past experiences and the upcoming reunion, Kriti said, “I am shooting with her after so long. It's been about what, like, seven years or maybe eight? I remember shooting with her in Dilwale and that was my second film. I was such a baby. I didn't know anything.”

“And suddenly in front of these big stars. And, to now shoot after so long, you know where I am sure that I have evolved, grown, become a better version of myself… And, she [Kajol] is the same vibrant, looking even better with every passing year and every passing day. Her energy is infectious,” she added.

Do Patti will be the debut production for Kriti’s Blue Butterfly Films. The film is a thriller set in the hills of North India and is directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon. It also stars Shaheer Sheikh and Tanvi Azmi in pivotal roles. It will premiere on Netflix.
