The construction of actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s new luxurious apartment is nearing completion, as per reports. The sea-facing quadruple is situated near Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat in Mumbai’s Bandra.

A new video emerged recently which shows the progression of the apartment, which is nearing completion. Earlier, a Moneycontrol report had noted that Deepika and Ranveer will be occupying floors 16 to 19 of the under-construction building, offering a “spacious 11,266 sq ft of interior space and an additional 1,300 sq ft of private terrace.”

Two years ago, the couple had purchased a bungalow in Alibaug for Rs 22 crore.

On the work front, Deepika has had a stellar year with Fighter and Kalki 2898 AD. Last year, she was also part of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer blockbuster Pathaan. Ranveer, on the other hand, will be seen next in Aditya Dhar’s ensemble espionage film, which will also star Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna.
