Telugu actor Nani recently spoke about Aamir Khan in a conversation, talking about his work ethic and dedication to the film he is working on. Nani said that Aamir doesn’t take a single shot from his films for granted.
Talking about his earlier films, Nani reflected, “At one point of time, Dil Chahta Hai (2001), Lagaan (2001) and Rang De Basanti (2006), came back-to-back, and with each film, he delivered an original experience filled with emotions.”
According to Nani, what truly sets Aamir apart is his dedication to his craft. “When you see his work, you know he didn’t take one single film or one single shot from a film for granted. You know he gave his best. And that's what matters and that's what inspires you."
Aamir was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha (2022), a film that tanked at the box-office and received mixed reviews from critics. He recently addressed what went wrong with the film and acknowledged a creative choice he made that may have contributed to this—raising his voice pitch for the titular role, a contrast to Tom Hanks’ iconic performance in the original Forrest Gump (1994).
Aamir will next be seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which is being helmed by R.S. Prasanna (Shubh Mangal Saavdhan). He plays the titular role in it alongside Genelia Deshmukh. He has also produced the film under his banner, Aamir Khan Productions. It is slated to release on December 25.
