Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer horror-comedy Stree 2 is continuing its winning streak at the box office.

As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the Amar Kaushik directorial made Rs 43.85 crore on its first Saturday. The film opened with night shows on Wednesday and bagged Rs 8.5 crore which was followed by Rs 51.8 crore on Thursday and a dip to Rs 31.4 crore on Friday. The total collection of Stree 2 now stands at Rs 135.55 crore.

The film also has an impressive 61.96 per cent occupancy on Saturday. In terms of occupancy, Bengaluru leads the way followed by Lucknow, Chennai, Jaipur, and Delhi. Overseas, Stree 2 has reportedly collected around Rs 15 crore approximately.

Despite releasing with two other films-- Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein--owing to the Independence Day weekend, Stree 2 has performed exceptionally well in theatres.

The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles.
