The song ‘Tumhare Hi Rahenge Hum’ from Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 was released by the makers on Tuesday. The romantic number is composed by Sachin-Jigar who have sung it with Varun Jain and Shilpa Rao. It is written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

The music video begins from the ending of Stree (2018) where Rajkummar’s character said goodbye to Shraddha's character as she boarded a bus. It features the love story of the two and has some dreamy visuals spread across. The two go to a caravan together and spend the time. The music has a soulful feeling to it with the lyrics giving it a timeless appeal.

Stree 2 is directed by Amar Kaushik and written by Niren Bhatt and also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles. It is part of Maddock Films’ ‘Supernatural Universe’, which includes Munjya and Bhediya.

Earlier, the trailer for the film was released that introduced the core conflict where a headless ghost haunts the town of Chanderi and everyone come together to fight against it.

Stree 2 is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande. It is scheduled to release in theatres on August 15, clashing with Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein.
