Pritam has joined Salman Khan’s Sikandar as a music director, the makers announced on Tuesday. The film is set to be helmed by AR Murugadoss and its title announcement was made recently.

The makers took to social media to make the announcement and wrote in caption, “The trio - #SajidNadiadwala @beingsalmankhan & @a.r.murugadoss welcome the Blockbuster Maestro @ipritamofficial on board for #Sikandar as the music director! Looking forward to create a magical blockbuster!”

Pritam has earlier composed music for Salman’s films including Ready (2011), Bodyguard (2011) Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and Tubelight (2016). Sikandar is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and will be released in theatres on Eid 2025.
