Nana Patekar’s character from The Vaccine War, the upcoming Hindi film, was unveiled by the makers on social media. The film, directed by The Kashmir Files fame director, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, is scheduled for a release on September 28.

Nana Patekhar’s role is described by the makers as “Prof. (Dr.) Balram Bhargava, Director-General, Indian Council of Medical Research”.

Besides Nana, the film will also feature Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi as lead characters. The Vaccine War will tell the story of the crisis time when India developed the vaccine. Produced by Pallavi Joshi and I Am Buddha, the film will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
