Ajay Devgn is soon going to star alongside R Madhavan and Jyotika in a supernatural thriller. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film will hit theatres on March 8, 2024.

The film will also mark the debut of Gujarati actress Janki Bodiwala.

Ajay took to X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday to make the announcement. In the post, he described the film as a “nail-biting, yet-to-be-titled supernatural thriller… which promises to redefine the genre.”

Apart from this, there were reports of Ajay doing a film alongside Diana Penty. The film is supposed to be directed by Abhishek Kapoor who helmed Kedarnath (2018) and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui (2021) in the past.

The plot details of the film are still kept under wraps. Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor are backing the film. Ajay has previously done a cameo in Abhishek’s Fitoor (2016), starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Katrina Kaif, Tabu and Aditi Rao Hydari.

Ajay was last seen in Bholaa, a remake of the 2019 Lokesh Kanagaraj film Kaithi. The film opened to mixed reviews and didn't do well at the box office. He is currently awaiting the release of Maidaan directed by Amit Sharma.
