Actors Jackie Shroff and Akshay Oberoi will soon team up for an action-thriller. The untitled film will be directed by Shravan Tiwari, who recently helmed the Jimmy Sheirgill-starrer Aazam.

As per a press note, the film is inspired by a true story and “boasts an intriguing plot that weaves together suspense, drama, and heart-pounding action.”

Talking about his character and working with Jackie Shroff in the film Akshay said, “I am playing the third most wanted person globally. I find myself in the exhilarating company of Jackie dada, a childhood idol now elevated to an even higher pedestal after our meeting.”

Jackie was last seen in a cameo in Rajnikanth’s Jailer. He will next be seen in the actioner Baap, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty and Sunny Deol. For Akshay, upcoming is Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor.
