Ipshita Chakraborty Singh, who is best known for her roles in Bhonsle, Chhapaak, Medium Spicy, Shakuntala Devi, and Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain, is all set to star in Deepak Dobriyal and Vikrant Massey starrer Sector 36,  helmed by Aditya Nimbalkar.

Speaking about the film, Ipshita said, "I play the role of the protagonist's wife, a pivotal character in the film, played by Deepak Dobriyal."

Describing her working experience with Deepak Dobriyal, she mentioned, "It was fun working with Deepak Dobriyal. He is full of energy and used to tell us about his old days of struggling in Mumbai. We have theatre and Delhi in common, so we talked a lot about Delhi, acting teachers, and acting techniques."

On reuniting with Vikrant Massey after Chhapaak, she said, "On screen, Vikrant and I don't share space, but I remember that on the day of the table read, he recognized me from our previous collaboration, although he couldn't remember where. I reminded him that we had worked together in Chhapaak, where he played the good guy, and I played the negative, which is vice versa in this project. He was very humble and sweet to appreciate me."
