‘Hone do jo hota hai’, the first song from Sidhant Chaturvedi, Adarsh Gourav and Ananya Panday starrer Kho Gaye Hum Kahan was released by the makers on Thursday.

Composed by OAFF and Savera, the song has been crooned by Savera and Lothika with additional vocals by Ankur Tewari, Medha Sahi and OAFF. The lyrics have been penned by Javed Akhtar.

The song’s music video is a sepia-toned footage which charts the friendship of the characters played by Sidhant, Adarsh and Ananya. We see the youngsters frolicking on beaches, trying out Instagram filters, making memories while also archiving them for social media.

The film, co-written by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, will premiere on Netflix on December 26. It has been directed by debutant director Arjun Varain Singh.

Producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar of Excel Entertainment earlier described the film as a love letter to friendships in the era of social media and said, “It’s great to have an exceptional ensemble featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav beautifully capturing the pulse of this generation. Our film has found a perfect home on Netflix and we strongly believe that this film will resonate with audiences globally.”

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan will premiere on Netflix on December 26.
